We plan to update our support system software to better position you for support services.

During the update, the management portal will be inaccessible and API OAuth authentication will not be possible, but will not affect the use of Tempest Connect services.

After the update is complete, you may notice that your support service credits have been updated to a smaller value, which is normal.
