Scheduled - We plan to update some virtualization settings, which requires restarting all virtual machines several times.

The purpose of this maintenance is to reduce the computing resource overhead of hardware virtualization, reduce system load, and should be able to increase network capacity effectively.

This maintenance will affect most access points, but the outage window should be only a few minutes.

Monitoring - We are monitoring the status of email delivery.

Identified - The API is back up and we're sending messages through primary ESP normally again. We are continuing to monitor.

Investigating - One of the ESP (Email Service Providers) we use has an API failure, and currently, all mail will be sent through an alternate mail delivery system.
